Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 7+ years of experience in US IT staffing. The candidate should have robust expertise in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, closing candidates, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, databases, and referrals.
- Review job descriptions and identify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Negotiate rates/salary and effectively close candidates.
- Handle offer, onboarding, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and work on multiple requirements simultaneously.




- Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing.
- Robust knowledge of the US staffing market, hiring process, and work authorization types.
- Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, QA, ERP, and Project Management.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience working with US time zones and direct clients/implementation partners is preferred.
