Senior UI UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for visual design, user experience, and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to transform complex requirements into minimal, modern, intuitive, catchy, and pixel-perfect digital experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and other stakeholders to design engaging web and mobile products while using AI tools to make the design process smarter and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the complete UI/UX design lifecycle from research, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
- Create minimal, modern, clean, visually engaging, and pixel-perfect designs with strong attention to typography, spacing, grids, colour, hierarchy, responsiveness, and usability.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and memorable user experiences.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components using Figma.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and design validation where required.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas and stay updated with the latest UI/UX, product design, and digital experience trends.

Requirements:





- 7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, with advanced proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio demonstrating modern, minimal, and pixel-perfect digital experiences.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI, or similar tools for research, ideation, content generation, prototyping, and design exploration.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI assistants, conversational UX, and AI-powered user experiences.
- Experience designing AI-driven features such as AI assistants, copilots, intelligent search, recommendations, dashboards, or conversational interfaces is a strong advantage.
- Ability to effectively use AI to accelerate design workflows, explore concepts, improve UX, and solve design problems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, accessibility, interaction design, and design systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, APIs, or front-end development is a plus.
