Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a high-energy , result-oriented Tele sales Specialist to join our team. In this dual-impact role, you will be driving revenue by converting warm leads into paid learners and expanding our course library by onboarding top educators.
1. Contact potential learners, understand their career goals, and pitch the right courses to drive enrollments.
2. Instructor Onboarding: Research, connect, and negotiate with domain experts/instructors to launch their courses on our platform.
3. Relationship Management: Build robust relationships with both learners and instructors to maintain high engagement and trust.
4. Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily talk-time metrics and weekly/monthly sales conversion targets.
5. Data Tracking: Maintain an accurate log of all interactions, feedback, and sales pipelines in our database.
