Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads/prospects interested in migration and visa services Explain Giant Migration's services clearly and answer initial queries Qualify leads based on eligibility and interest, and schedule consultations for the sales team Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries to convert interest into consultations Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
