Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.

- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.

- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable real estate projects.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.

- Achieve monthly calling, lead-conversion and site-visit targets.

- Build good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.

- Guide and support junior telecallers when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of experience in telecalling / telesales, preferably in real estate.

- Excellent Hindi communication; basic/good English preferred.

- Strong convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Experience in lead follow-up, site-visit generation and sales conversion.

- Confident, energetic and professional personality.

- Candidates with experience handling Facebook/Google-generated leads will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
