Senior Technical Recruiter

Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team, specializing in high-volume MSP/VMS programs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top-tier tech talent, navigating the submission portals, and delivering quality shortlists under tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands client-specific scorecard metrics (Speed to Submit, Submittal-to-Interview, Submittal-to-Hire), and excels at converting technical requisitions into qualified submittals in 24 to 48 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and submit a high volume of qualified technical candidates (Software Engineers, Hardware Technicians, Program Managers, etc.) across multiple MSP/VMS platforms.
- Maintain rapid speed-to-submit cycles (e.g. targeting submittals within 24–48 hours of req release).
- Utilize advanced Boolean searching, AI sourcing tools, job boards, referrals, and internal ATS talent pools to locate active and passive talent.
- Monitor incoming requisitions in real time, analyze job requirements, and prioritize reqs.




- Follow strict adherence to program guidelines including client-specific rates caps, Right to Represent (RTR) protocols, etc.
- Partner closely with Account Managers and Recruiting Leads to calibrate on open reqs, define best practices, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to high-volume MSP/VMS program recruitment.
- Proven track record of managing 10-15 active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a fast candidate submission turnaround (24–48 hours).
- Proficiency using VMS platforms (e.g. Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong fluency in Engineering terminology (Software Development, Data Engineering, Hardware Development, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean search techniques and Job Boards (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.).
- Solid communication skills and must be fluent in English.
- Must have prior experience recruiting for roles and candidates based in the United States.

Work Schedule:

- Must be able to work Pacific Time hours (8:30am - 5:30pm).
