Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information in the ATS/recruitment database.
- Meet individual and team-level recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
- Stay updated on talent-market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing .
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation abilities.




- Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
- Candidates with experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment or volume hiring will be preferred.
