Job Overview:

We are hiring for a Senior Technical Recruiter position with a robust experience in US IT Staffing (W2 hiring). The role involves end-to-end recruitment for niche and challenging technical positions in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

- Experience in US and/or Canada IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates on W2 (US), T4 (Canada), and Direct Hire opportunities.
- Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, TN, EAD, Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and other work-authorized candidates.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience recruiting for technologies including Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, Oracle,



Salesforce, ServiceNow, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, ERP Applications, and Emerging Technologies.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Profile

- Strong focus on direct candidate sourcing and relationship management.
- Experience recruiting for both US and Canadian markets is highly preferred.
- Recruiters primarily focused on C2C recruiting, vendor management, or bench sales may not be a suitable fit.
