Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for engineering, cybersecurity, AI, and technical roles.

- Build pipelines of qualified passive candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized technical platforms, and industry networks.

- Screen candidates for technical alignment, culture fit, and compensation expectations.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to refine job specs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.





- Drive offer negotiations and manage closing processes to ensure competitive acceptance rates.

Requirements

- 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience in agency, corporate, or high-growth startup environments.

- Proven track record sourcing for software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML domains.

- Hands-on experience hiring across US and India tech markets, with deep familiarity with talent pools and compliance norms.

- Strong understanding of tech stacks, tools, frameworks, and up-to-date candidate evaluation methods.

- Excellent candidate experience management and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working with high-volume technical staffing or fast-paced recruitment platforms.

- Familiarity with ATS platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven recruiting metrics.
