Job Summary The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Component Cost Estimation process utilizing Boothroyd and SEER Galorath techniques. They will play a key role in estimating and analyzing the costs associated with components in a project to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-end Molding & Tooling Lifecycle Expertise 2. Mold Design and Tool Design 3. Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews 4. Plastics Engineering 5. Process Development and optimization 6. DOE (Design of Experiments) planning and execution 7. Validation and Tool Qualification

Skill Requirements
1. First Article Inspection (FAI) 2. Supplier/vendor technical oversight 3. Manufacturing readiness and tool acceptance support 4. Ability to collaborate with R&D;, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

Other Requirements 1.Certification in Component Cost Estimation methodologies is a plus.
