Senior Technical Consultant - ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM

Full-time (Info Services payroll)

Work timing: 2 PM – 11 PM IST

Experience: 8+ years overall, 3+ years in ITAM (HAM/SAM)

Must-haves:

- ServiceNow ITAM (HAM + SAM) – 3+ years
- 2+ full-cycle HAM/SAM implementations (end-to-end)
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- CIS–HAM or CIS–SAM certification (both preferred)
- CMDB/ITOM knowledge: CSDM, Discovery, IRE
- Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP
- Scoped applications, ACL/security model
- Asset lifecycle management (HAM) and software license management (SAM)
- Robust communication and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HAM/SAM solution design and delivery (configuration, scripting, integrations, testing).
- Facilitate workshops and technical deep-dive sessions with customer architects.




- Manage HAM asset lifecycle (request → receive → deploy → maintain → retire/dispose) including stockroom, procurement integration, and asset–CI reconciliation.
- Manage SAM scope – discovery, entitlement import, license reconciliation, publisher packs (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe).
- Build on existing CMDB/ITOM footprint (Discovery, CSDM, IRE, SCCM/Intune/JAMF).
- Set development standards, review work of supporting developers, and coordinate across onsite/offshore teams.
