As a Technical System Analyst, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution. Your expertise will shape the architecture, design, and functionality of mission-critical systems. Youll translate complex requirements into elegant Java-based solutions, ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term business goals.

What You'll Do

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements for enterprise applications.
- Design and optimize Java-based system architectures, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
- maintain integration points between systems using REST APIs, SOAP, or messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Conduct impact analysis for system changes and recommend optimal solutions.
- Work closely with QA teams to define test strategies and ensure defect-free releases.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, data flow charts, and configuration guides.




- Stay updated on emerging Java frameworks, tools, and best practices to continuously improve system performance.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development and system analysis.
- Solid knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex systems, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
