About the Role:

The Plant HR Business Partner role exists to ensure effective, compliant, and consistent execution of all HR processes at Plant level, translating People strategy and policies into daily Operational Delivery. The role acts as the first point of contact for managers and employees, supporting recruitment, employee relations, training execution, and People Experience on the shop floor. It safeguards operational continuity through disciplined HR administration and labour compliance. The role operates within defined frameworks, escalating strategic, complex, or industrial matters to the Plant People Business Partner.

Main Responsibilities:

HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT

- Supports the Plant People Business Partner (PBP) in recruitment, performance management and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Coordinates development actions agreed with line managers and provides data and follow-through for people initiatives led by the Plant PBP.

HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

- Implements Group and Plant HR policies, processes and guidelines at operational level.
- Ensures consistent understanding and application of HR policies and supports rollout of HR tools and guidelines at Plant level.

RECRUITMENT AND HIRING

- Manages end-to-end recruitment for Plant positions in coordination with hiring managers.
- Coordinates interviews, selection, offers and joining formalities.
- Manages onboarding and local induction programs.
- Supports internal mobility, transfers and staffing changes at Plant level.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT AND HR PLANNING

- Supports the Plant PBP in workforce planning and preparation of HR budget data.
- Tracks HR costs and supports periodic reporting and analysis.
- Ensures accuracy of workforce, headcount and cost data and provides inputs for budgeting discussions.

TALENT MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

- Coordinates performance appraisal and performance management cycles for the Plant.
- Supports employee development and training actions.




- Prepares People Development Framework data and coordinates related reviews and meetings.
- Tracks talent, performance and development data for the Plant population.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

- Leads the Training Needs Identification (TNI) process with HODs.
- Consolidates TNI inputs, prepares the annual training calendar and aligns priorities with the Plant PBP and Plant Manager.
- Coordinates with training partners/trainers and organises or facilitates training programs as required.
- Works with the WPM Team on training logistics and arrangements.
- Registers programs in the LMS, maintains training records and ensures audit readiness.
- Coordinates the Skill Matrix project under the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program with the Performance Team and PBP.

REWARD MANAGEMENT

- Executes compensation and benefits processes in line with approved policies.
- Supports salary reviews, incentives and employee benefits administration.
- Ensures accuracy of reward data, employee communication and resolution of routine reward queries.

PEOPLE EXPERIENCE

- Supports rollout of People Experience and employee engagement initiatives at Plant level.
- Acts as a visible and accessible HR contact for employees.
- Supports engagement, communication, feedback and people-related activities.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND LABOUR NEGOTIATIONS

- Works with the Plant PBP and Industrial Relations Manager on day-to-day employee relations and grievance matters.
- Supports compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations and HR requirements.
- Supports employee communication,



engagement and other industrial relations activities at Plant level.

About You:

Graduation is must. MBA degree/diploma in HR is preferred with more than 7 years of work experience

- Prior experience in in lean manufacturing plant (automotive with WCM, TPM or other methodology) will be preferred
- Understanding of the Training Skill Matrix

Strong knowledge of HR operations within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment, including recruitment execution, onboarding, learning and development, rewards and recognition, organizational development, employee relations and HR administration. Sound understanding of HR Policies and Processes of manufacturing plant, knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations practices, with the ability to apply policies consistently on the shop floor. Working knowledge of HR systems, reporting, and workforce data management is required. Familiarity with health & safety processes and their people‑related implications in an industrial setting is an advantage.
