Qualification: Graduate in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field

Key Responsibilities
Drive motor insurance sales and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, agents, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in Odisha.
Handle renewals, endorsements, and ensure high retention rates.
Provide end-to-end support to clients on motor insurance products and claims.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service delivery.




Keep up-to-date with motor insurance products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.

✅ Candidate Profile
✔ Minimum 3 – 7 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales is mandatory.
✔ Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting, and claims process.
✔ Proven ability to build and manage dealer/agent relationships.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
✔ Existing network with dealers, brokers, or channel partners in Cuttack / Odisha is a plus.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
