- Job Description:

- Provide IT support for hardware, networking, software, ERP, and database

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks

- Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems

- Provide technical support and training to end-users

- Ensure data security and backup

- Collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders

- Essential Qualifications:

- Proficiency in hardware, networking, software, ERP, and database

- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills

- Solid knowledge of computer systems and IT infrastructure

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Desired Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support





- Experience in managing databases and ERP systems

- Salary & Benefits:

- An annual salary range of ₹400,000 to ₹700,000

- Additional benefits as per company policies
