Job Summary

Armia Systems is looking for skilled Senior Software Test Engineers to join our growing Testing Team. You will own the quality of our products end-to-end from requirement analysis through release while working closely with developers and product managers in an Agile environment. This is not a checkbox-testing role: we want engineers who think critically, break things creatively, and care deeply about the user experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the testing team, including task allocation and coordination.

- Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, ensuring effective execution of testing activities.

- Coordinate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain quality standards.

- Monitor team progress, review testing activities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Job Specification

- Design, develop, and execute test cases.

- Lead and manage the entire team by delegating tasks, coordinating with team members and junior team members, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

- Mobile app testing is mandatory, Should have experience in testing 3-4 mobile apps including iOS and Android.

- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.





- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products/projects to meet client needs.

- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.

- Monitor debugging process results.

- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.

- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.

- Experience in QA methodology.

- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.

- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
