Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications using Java and/or Python.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and/or Python and their associated frameworks.
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions leveraging AWS cloud services.
- Design and develop Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) using AWS services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kafka, or equivalent messaging platforms.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS) .
- Implement cloud-native security best practices including:
- IAM Roles and Policies
- Secrets Management
- Encryption at Rest and Transit
- Network Security Controls
- Secure API Design
- Vulnerability Management
- Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and MongoDB .
- Perform database query tuning,



performance optimization, indexing strategies, and capacity planning.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and cloud resource management using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) .
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth and career development.
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive successful project delivery.
