Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead Python development for enterprise-grade applications.
- Drive architecture, technical design, and code quality initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
- Design background workers, asynchronous services, and data pipelines.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Team Mentoring

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Support technical growth through knowledge sharing and code reviews.
- Provide constructive feedback and technical guidance.

DevOps & Cloud

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines.




- Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, demos, and technical reviews.
- Deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions aligned with business goals.
