About PanScience Innovations (PSI):

PanScience Innovations (PSI) is a technology-driven company building scalable AI-powered products and enterprise software solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer who can own projects end-to-end and build production-ready applications using modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Own software projects from planning to deployment and maintenance.
2. Build scalable backend services using Python and Node.js.
3. Develop high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
4. Design and optimize relational databases and queries.
5. Work with Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), REST APIs, and cloud-native environments.
6. Leverage Claude Code, Claude Computing, and Antigravity for AI-assisted development.
7. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
8. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
9. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Communicate technical concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

1. 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
2. Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Python, Node.js, and relational databases.
3. Strong understanding of DBMS, REST APIs, SDLC, Git, and Kubernetes.
4. Experience with Claude Code, Claude Computing, and Antigravity.
5. Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
6. Ability to independently deliver production-grade applications.

Good to Have:

1. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
2. Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps.
3. Exposure to AI/LLM-based application development.
4. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
