We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join our Security Team and lead offensive security initiatives, penetration testing, and emerging AI/LLM security programs. The role combines traditional Application Security with up-to-date AI security to help build a strong security-first culture across engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Penetration Testing & Offensive Security

- Lead end-to-end penetration testing across web applications, APIs, internal services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Design and execute red team exercises simulating real-world attacks.
- Perform threat modelling for new product features and architectures.
- Develop custom exploits, scripts, and security tooling.
- Prepare clear and actionable penetration testing reports.
- Manage third-party penetration testing vendors and responsible disclosure programs.

AI & LLM Security

- Assess and execute attacks against AI/LLM-powered systems.
- Test for prompt injection, jailbreaks, indirect prompt injection, and data exfiltration.
- Assess security risks in Model Context Protocol (MCP) deployments.
- Evaluate tool-call boundaries, context poisoning, and privilege escalation in agentic workflows.
- Identify and mitigate emerging AI security threats.

DevSecOps

- Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive security automation across the development lifecycle.
- Define and implement security standards and best practices.




- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security into product development.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity/security engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience.
- Strong experience in offensive security and application security.
- Hands-on experience with Web, API and Cloud security.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go or Bash.
- Knowledge of SAST/DAST and DevSecOps practices.
- Understanding of AI/LLM security and emerging AI attack techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have
- Experience conducting red team exercises.
- Knowledge of agentic AI and MCP security.
- Security certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, CRTO or equivalent.
- Experience developing custom security tools and exploits.
