Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Lifecycle Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The role requires building scalable enterprise applications, collaborating with architects and business teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Candidates with exposure to AI-assisted software development tools such as Cursor or Claude will have a distinct advantage, as our engineering teams actively leverage AI to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications.
- Build responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueables, and schedulers.
- Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and application performance.
- Develop secure, maintainable, and reusable code following Salesforce best practices.

Solution Development

- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and solution reviews.
- Prepare technical design documents for assigned features.
- Estimate development effort and participate in sprint planning.

Platform Expertise

- Develop solutions using Salesforce capabilities including:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex
- Flows & Flow Orchestration
- Platform Events
- Change Data Capture
- Custom Metadata
- Named Credentials
- Permission Sets
- Dynamic Forms & Actions
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Asynchronous Apex
- Salesforce DX

Quality & Delivery

- Perform unit testing with high code coverage.
- Participate in peer code reviews.
- Debug production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with QA, Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts.
- Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills :

Salesforce Development





- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Robust hands-on experience with Apex development.
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce governor limits.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Technical Skills

- JavaScript (ES6+)
- HTML/CSS
- Git version control

- CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware.

AI-Assisted Development (Preferred)

- Experience with AI-powered software development tools is highly desirable.
- Preferred experience includes:
- Hands-on usage of Cursor AI, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants.
- Using AI tools to accelerate development, code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
- Writing effective prompts to improve engineering productivity.
- Leveraging AI for code reviews, unit test generation, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of AI-assisted secure coding practices and responsible use of LLMs within enterprise environments.

Nice to Have

- Experience in Salesforce product development.
- Experience with Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Platform Events and event-driven architecture.
- Exposure to DevOps pipelines and automated deployments.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns.
