Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups & site visits.
- Achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
- Train and guide team members for better conversions.
- Monitor daily team performance and sales activities.
- Build robust client relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements ✅ Minimum 2 years of sales experience

✅ Real Estate experience preferred

✅ Team handling experience preferred

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation

Commission on your own sales + Additional commission/incentives on your team's sales.
