About the Role
Menlo Security is looking for a talented Engineering Manager to join our team in Bangalore. You will manage employees located in Bangalore and will contribute technical leadership to the team that designs, builds, and supports the scalable, high-performance services underpinning our world-class Secure Application Access technology.




Menlo serves millions of users on our worldwide cloud on desktop and mobile platforms. We're looking for a solid leader to guide and mentor the team in the architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of our core microservices, data stores, and cloud infrastructure that power our platform.

The position is full-time and based in our Bangalore, India office.

Your Experience
Requirements for the role include:
- Deep expertise in one or more core backend languages, specifically Golang and/or NodeJS.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and building scalable, resilient microservices architectures.
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL database
