The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards, protocols, and hospital policies. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the well-being and safety of all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical, emotional, and social needs.

Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Administer Medications: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for side effects and effectiveness.

Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.

Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols and safety procedures to minimize risks.

Emergency Response: Respond promptly to patient emergencies,



providing necessary interventions and support.

Supervision: Mentor and guide nursing students and junior staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor€™s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate€™s degree in Nursing (ADN) considered.

Licensure: Current state nursing license (RN) in good standing.

Experience: Previous nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in electronic health records and medical software.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferre
