? WE’RE HIRING | SALES / SENIOR EXECUTIVE – FREIGHT FORWARDING

? Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for motivated professionals who can build strong client relationships, generate new business, and contribute to business growth.

? Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics .

- Generate leads and actively approach potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close business deals.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

? What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics .

• Good understanding of Sea Freight / Air Freight / Import / Export / NVOCC will be an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation,



and client relationship-management skills.
- Ability to generate new leads and convert prospects into business.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
