Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Consultant role based in Noida.

The Senior Sales

Consultant will engage prospective students and guardians, conduct consultations to understand their career goals, and recommend suitable beauty and wellness programs.

Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to conversion and enrollment, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets.



The role involves building strong relationships through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communication, delivering compelling course presentations, and participating in events, seminars, and campus activities to drive admissions.

The Senior Sales

Consultant will also collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align sales strategies with institutional goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand client needs and recommend appropriate programs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide supportive, solution-oriented interactions throughout the enrollment journey.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, including the ability to present programs, negotiate, and handle queries professionally.
- Prior experience in education sales, training institutes, or beauty and wellness domains is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, along with strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
- Comfort with using CRM systems and basic office software for lead management and reporting.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage a fast-paced admissions environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
