The RPA Developer will be part of the Intelligent Automation center, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable automation solutions using UiPath, Python, and Document AI technologies. The role combines RPA with advanced AI-driven automation to enable end-to-end intelligent business processes across global functions.

The position requires solid technical expertise, solution thinking, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact automation initiatives.

Role specific

- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath platform

- Develop Python scripts for
- Data extraction, transformation, validation
- File processing (Excel, CSV, PDF, JSON, XML)
- API integrations and system orchestration
- Design and implement intelligent document processing solutions using DocAI
- Develop extraction, classification, and data validation workflows
- Work on semi-structured and unstructured data invoices, contracts, emails, etc.)
- Configure human-in-the-loop validation mechanisms for accuracy improvement
- Build scalable, reusable automation components, frameworks, and libraries
- Define automation architecture, workflows, and logic based on business requirements
- Implement exception handling,



logging, retry mechanisms, and monitoring standards
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring defects

Skills & competencies /Specific knowledge/ Abilities (including any physical demands)

- Must have 4-8 yrs of experience with RPA including Design, Development of various automation components and features available in Robotics Process Automation products specifically in UiPath.
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, SQL and .Net is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with different regionals business teams in a non-technical manner.
- Good time management skills to lead across the regions & departments automations
- Resilience and adaptability to unforeseen work demands.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Minimum years of experience:

- Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience, preferably within an international organization.

Education:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems
- Has UiPath advance certification and expertise
