About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager – Partnerships to manage and grow E&ICT; Academy's existing partner ecosystem and build recent strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing partners and act as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate with partners across sales, marketing, academics, operations and finance.
- Track partner performance, revenue, enrolments and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships and launch new programs.
- Lead onboarding of new partners and ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular partner reviews and resolve issues effectively.




- Identify and develop new strategic partnership opportunities.
- Maintain partner reports, dashboards and performance updates.

Requirements

- 15–20 years of experience in partnerships, relationship management, business development or EdTech/education.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing B2B/B2B2C partnerships.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects independently.
