Role Description The Senior Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Davangere, responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships for Muthoot FinCorp Ltd. The role involves engaging with existing and potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate gold loan and other financial products.

The Senior Relationship

Officer will handle day-to-day customer interactions, process loan applications, ensure timely follow-ups, and support branch-level sales and service activities.

Responsibilities include promoting MFL’s products, achieving assigned sales and business targets,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company policies. The role also requires close collaboration with branch teams to support operational efficiency and uphold compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and grow client portfolios, with strong Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills.
- Sound understanding of Finance, including basic lending principles and financial products relevant to gold loans and retail finance.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven Sales capabilities in achieving targets, generating leads, and converting prospects in a financial services or similar environment.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services, especially in branch operations or customer-facing roles, is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification of a graduate degree in any discipline; additional certifications in finance or sales are an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards, integrity, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced branch workplace, with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills for handling digital systems and documentation.
