Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and closing positions across various functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and social media platforms.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic discussions.

- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-up regularly for closures.

- Understand job requirements and prepare sourcing strategies accordingly.





- Negotiate salary and assist in the offer rollout and onboarding process.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.

- Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Prior experience in Non-IT hiring is preferred.
