Job Overview:

The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities for the construction domain, with a focus on timely sourcing and cost-effective procurement of finishing materials for housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute procurement of finishing items such as chinaware, doors, electrical items, hardware, wooden flooring, etc.
- Prepare budgets and plan fund allocation for procurement, ensuring optimal material utilization and cost efficiency.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors/suppliers to ensure timely availability of quality materials.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to meet material requirements within project timelines.
- Maintain complete purchase documentation, records, and vendor data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all procurement processes.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in procurement within the construction or real estate industry.
- Solid negotiation, vendor management, and planning skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
