Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Senior Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for visual media productions, from initial brief and planning through execution, post-production, and final delivery.

Responsibilities include creating project plans and timelines, managing budgets, coordinating with clients, directors, production teams, and vendors, and monitoring project milestones to ensure on-time completion. The role involves resolving operational and logistical challenges, supervising inspections of deliverables for quality and consistency, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Manager will also mentor junior team members, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of production processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track tasks, follow up with vendors, and accelerate project activities when needed.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review work, ensure compliance with quality standards, and verify that deliverables meet client requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills for coordinating equipment, crew, locations, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
- Relevant experience in media production, advertising, or film projects, with a proven record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and deadlines.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, make data-informed decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced, creative setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in film, media, business, project management, or a related field; professional project management certification is an advantage.
