Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage overall project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through regular progress updates and status reports.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-18 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry with expertise in project management (B.Tech / B.E. Civil).
- Robust understanding of building design principles, architectural drawings interpretation.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
