Role: Program Manager**

Location: Hinjawadi, Pune | Experience: 6–12 Years | CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA | Contract: 9 Months

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive end-to-end program execution across NPI, product launch, and production ramp-up in a global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead programs from initiation through launch and production ramp-up.
- Manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.
- Track project timelines, milestones, cost, quality, and delivery.
- Drive NPI, material readiness, production readiness, and capacity planning.
- Manage customer requirements, risks, issues, escalations, and dependencies.
- Coordinate ECO/ECN activities and engineering changes.
- Conduct program reviews and prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

Requirements

- 6–12 years of experience in Program/Project Management within manufacturing or engineering.
- Solid NPI, product launch, and production ramp-up experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
