EXPERIENCE: BPT 5+/ MPT MPT preferred Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong experience in Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently assess patients and plan appropriate physiotherapy treatment Handle complex Orthopaedic, Neuro and Rehabilitation cases Monitor patient recovery and modify treatment plans when required Conduct regular patient progress/recovery reviews Identify patients showing poor or delayed recovery and escalate cases Guide and supervise junior physiotherapists Ensure correct treatment protocols are followed Maintain proper clinical documentation Educate patients regarding exercises and home programs Coordinate with consultants and management regarding difficult cases Home visits when required Maintain high standards of patient care and skilled conduct PREFERRED SKILLS: Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills Good patient communication and counselling Leadership and team-management ability Responsible and professional attitude Ability to supervise overall clinical quality Immediate joining preferred.
