● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and
annual sales targets in the assigned territory
● Regular visits to market/retail
outlets to ensure product availability and visibility
● Ensure proper coverage, visibility,
and merchandising of products
● Develop and maintain strong
relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists
Requirements
● Graduate in any discipline
(preferred: BBA/BA/B.Com)
● 2-5 years of field sales
experience in the FMCG sector
● Strong communication and
negotiation skills
● Positive knowledge of local territory
and retail network
● Two-wheeler with a valid driving
license (must)
● Proficient in using basic mobile
apps for reporting and communication
