We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional with robust hospitality experience to manage and optimize our digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads & paid media campaigns
- Drive bookings, leads and revenue through performance marketing
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS & conversions
- Manage retargeting, audience targeting and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with creative/content teams for high-performing campaigns
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Performance Marketing experience
- Hospitality/Hotel industry experience is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Analytical, data-driven and results-oriented approach
