Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished, hands-on, and client-facing HCM Technical Director to lead our Oracle Fusion HCM technical practice. In this role, you will take complete ownership of high-impact technical architectures, oversee enterprise-grade implementations across SaaS and PaaS platforms, and serve as the principal advisor to C-level client stakeholders. You will combine deep technical prowess with executive leadership to drive flawless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership &
- Architecture:

Drive end-to-end technical solution architecture, design, and delivery across complex Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, ensuring high performance, scalability, and robust security standards.

- Hands-on Delivery &

- Governance:

Maintain solid hands-on technical capabilities while leading teams through complex RICEW components, custom reporting, and system integrations.

- Client Engagement &

- Advisory:

Act as the primary technical face to clients, leading executive discussions, discovery workshops, roadmap presentations, and steering committee meetings.

- Platform Mastery (SaaS &

- PaaS):





Oversee technical integration and customization workflows across both Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments.

- Practice &

- Team Mentorship:

Mentor senior technical leads and developers, enforce best practices, review complex technical designs, and drive delivery excellence across the practice.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- Experience: 12+ years of professional IT experience specializing in Oracle enterprise technical ecosystems, with at least 4 years operating in a Senior Manager or Director leadership capacity.

- Implementation Track Record: Must have successfully delivered a minimum of 3 full end-to-end RICE implementation projects in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- SaaS &
- PaaS Expertise:

Extensive hands-on experience across both SaaS and PaaS platforms, including complex integration configuration.

- Core Technical Proficiency: Deep mastery over OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) report development, advanced SQL and PL/SQL, data conversions, and HCM Extracts.

- Client-Facing Acumen: Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
