Role Description The Senior Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational efficiency across service lines, including compliance, advisory, and representation functions. This full time, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a combination of in-office presence and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key responsibilities include managing operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing processes for client delivery, and ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines and quality standards. The role will involve monitoring performance metrics, implementing best practices, supporting resource planning,



and driving continuous improvement in client engagement and internal operations.
