Qualification= BE/BTECH (ELECTRICAL)

Experience= 6 Years

- Reading electrical design specifications and technical drawings of HT and LT Control panels.

- Control Switchgears, Circuit Breakers, VCU, VCB, ACB, Fault tracing and trouble shooting.

- Maintenance of HT and LT motor up to 6.6KV.

- Maintenance of HT and LT Transformer up to 6.6KV.

Working on line PLC programming in RS Logix5000 version18 & 19.

- Preparing electrical Load list, Single line diagram, Power and control Cable schedule, Cable tray and Earthing Layout and respective BOM’s from inputs provided

- Preparing Electrical datasheets (Motor, MCC, PMCC, VFD, APFC Panels, cable, cable tray etc) based on inter-discipline inputs / international codes & standards.

- Reviewing MDL as per Project requirement and understanding the scope of work.

- Attending and preparing inspection report for MCC, PMCC and APFC Panel, cable, and Cable tray.

- Preparing interface drawing between MCC/VFD to PLC system hardwired.





- Preparing lighting calculations using lux level software’s. 7

- Knowledge and preparation of lightning protection calculations and layout.

- Knowledge and review of motor, VFD, MCC, PMCC and APFC Panel, cable, and Cable tray Specifications

- Hands on practice in Industrial Electrical & Earthing Works related to LV Panel and drives.

- Conducting quality control checks and inspection of complete electrical work.

- To prepare SLD (single line diagram), GA (general arrangement), BOM (bill of materials), Schematic Diagram (power circuit, closing & tripping circuit, AC circuit) as per customer request using AutoCAD for control panels such as ATS, LT & HT.

- Client Coordination for Electrical Design & Engineering approval.

- Preferences shall be given for having experience in MEP and Waste Water Treatment Projects.
