About the Role
We are looking for a Senior NTRX Qualified Services Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in NiCE NTR-x enterprise recording and compliance solutions. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, integrating, upgrading, and troubleshooting NTRX environments for Banking and Financial Services customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, implement, upgrade, and support NiCE NTR-x (NTRX).
- Configure recording, capture, storage, playback, media, and integration components.
- Integrate NTRX with Avaya, Cisco, SIP, PBX, ACD, Microsoft Teams, and Amazon Connect.
- Troubleshoot recording, SIP, RTP, VoIP, media capture, network, and application issues.
- Perform Wireshark packet analysis, NTRX log analysis, and system diagnostics.
- Support NTRX migrations, upgrades, testing, UAT, validation, and go-live.
- Work directly with customer teams, vendors, Architects, PMs, Support, and R&D.;
- Perform RCA and resolve complex NTRX implementation and production issues.
- Lead technical workshops and provide customer-facing technical guidance.
Required Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise recording/Professional Services.
- NiCE NTR-x / NTRX Mandatory / Primary Skill.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting NTRX recording solutions.
- Strong experience with Avaya and/or Cisco recording integrations.
- Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, VoIP, PBX, ACD, and telephony.
- Strong Windows Server administration.
- Strong TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, VLAN and networking knowledge.
- Hands-on Wireshark and packet analysis.
- SQL and PowerShell/Shell scripting.
- Excellent customer-facing communication.
- Banking / Financial Services experience – Mandatory.
Good to Have Verint, Microsoft Teams, Amazon Connect, AWS/Azure, VMware, Citrix, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO.
