Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Nursing Officer with strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care to join our growing home healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients at home, including critical care and elder care as per patient requirements.
- Monitor patients, assess clinical conditions, and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, injections, IV care, and other clinical procedures as applicable.
- Provide appropriate care and monitoring for patients requiring critical care and elderly care.
- Maintain accurate patient-care documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and family members.




- Identify and promptly escalate any changes in the patient's condition.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, hygiene, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.
- Support and guide junior nurses/trainees when required.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
- Minimum 4+ years of nursing experience ; 5+ years preferred.
- Experience in hospital, clinical, critical care, or home healthcare settings preferred.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- Robust clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English & Hindi – Spoken mandatory.
- Comfortable working in rotational shift - day/night shifts and flexible 9-hour schedules.
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-centric approach.
