Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, monitor, and support enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Lead and execute network infrastructure deployment for current offices, stores, branches, and other business locations.
- Create and maintain network architecture and network diagrams for new office setups, including LAN/WAN topology, connectivity, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network components.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching environments.
- Manage firewall configuration, administration, security policies, VPNs, and access controls.
- Handle end-to-end network management, including network availability, performance, capacity, and security.
- Manage VPN connectivity and ensure secure communication across geographically distributed locations.
- Coordinate with ISPs for circuit provisioning, installation, issue resolution, bandwidth upgrades, and performance management.
- Handle vendor coordination for networking hardware, software, firewall solutions, and support services.
- Ensure high availability, performance, redundancy, and security of the organization's network infrastructure.
- Monitor network health, proactively identify issues, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Support network operations across multiple geographically distributed locations.
- Participate in network upgrades, expansion projects, new office network deployments, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, topology diagrams, and standard operating procedures.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT teams, facilities, and vendors to support new office setups and business/IT initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- LAN/WAN
- Routing & Switching
- Firewall management and configuration
- VPN technologies
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting
- ISP coordination and circuit management
- Vendor management
- Network deployment and implementation
- End-to-end network management
- Proven experience in planning and deploying network infrastructure for new offices/sites, including requirement gathering, network design, configuration, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
- Experience in creating network architecture/topology diagrams for new office setups and documenting network connectivity, devices, IP addressing, VLANs, firewalls, and WAN links.
- Experience managing network infrastructure for 100+ geographically distributed stores, branches, offices, or warehouses.
- Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, redundancy, high availability, and network security.
- Strong hands-on experience in firewall administration, security policies, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deployments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and ISP management skills.
