Sr. MIS Executive – HR Profile

Location: Zirakpur (Head Office)

Experience: 4+ Years in MIS – Mandatory

Salary: Up to 45K

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. MIS Executive with 4+ years of robust MIS experience and excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel. The role will primarily involve MIS reporting, data analysis, dashboards, report automation, and management reporting, preferably within an HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and analyze large data sets with high accuracy.
- Create Excel dashboards, trackers, and automated reports.
- Handle Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and advanced formulas.
- Prepare management reports and provide data-based insights.




- Maintain and improve existing MIS formats and reporting processes.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare HR-related MIS such as attendance, recruitment, attrition, headcount, and payroll reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS reports.
- Support data validation, documentation, and reporting requirements.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of MIS experience – Mandatory.
- Advanced MS Excel – Mandatory.
- Strong experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and report automation.
- HR MIS/HR Operations experience will be an added advantage.
