Role Opening: GM / Senior Manager Turbo Generator Engineering (Design & Development)

Locations: Mandideep | Bengaluru | Chennai | Vadodara

Experience: 10–20 Years (M.Tech / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering)

Travel: 2–5 days/month

Role Overview

Lead the design, mechanical analysis, and development of 2-pole and 4-pole turbo generator active parts (stator cores, stator windings, and rotors). This role combines advanced mechanical calculations, FEA modeling, CAD automation, and global technical collaboration with international customers and European design teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Detailed Engineering: Create manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and component sizing for active parts using Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and SAP.
- Engineering Analysis:



Conduct structural and rotor-dynamic FEA using ANSYS and MADYN; enhance internal mechanical calculation tools.
- Product Development: Drive innovation in 2-pole and 4-pole turbo generator technology, supporting the broader global energy transition.

Required Qualifications & Tools

- 10–20 years of hands-on design experience with turbo generators and rotating electrical machines.
- Proven expertise in structural and rotor-agile analysis (ANSYS, MADYN).
- Proficiency in Siemens NX, Teamcenter, SAP, and parametric CAD tools.
