JOB RESPONSIBILITES

- Planning and procurement of change parts, raw material feasibility, process development, pilot bio, registration, characterization and exhibit batches
- Coordination and timely execution of feasibility, process development, registration, exhibit, pilot bio and PPQ batches
- Support SGO team on productivity enhancement projects
- Ensure SOP and cGMP compliance in Master Documentation
- Review master batch production records and SOPs
- Ensure QMS activities, deviations, OOS, change controls and CAPA implementation
- Ensure quality, purity, safety and identity of drug product
- Monitor manufacturing and cleaning activities
- Maintain RM warehouse inventory
- Maintain FO/MI, protocols, reports, TDP and technology transfer dossier





Initiation, Review, Approval & Accountability

- Includes preparation, review and approval of protocols, reports, master formula cards, FO/MI documents, change controls, SAP activities, analytical requests, investigation reports, procurement activities and execution of development, registration, validation and exhibit batches.
