Job Title: Senior Manager/ Manager - Sales (Recruitment & Staffing)

Work Experience: 7-12 years

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Working Days: Monday - Friday [5 Days]

We are looking to onboard seasoned sales professionals with proven experience in Recruitment & Staffing services sales in the Indian market. The positions are open at Senior Manager/ Manager Sales and AVP Sales levels, depending on experience and proven capability.

Role & responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing account expansion.
- Position and sell multiple recruitment delivery models based on client needs.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful execution.
- Represent the organization as a trusted recruitment and staffing partner.

This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully sold recruitment solutions in India and understand the dynamics of the local staffing ecosystem and bring both depth of experience andstability in their career journey.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in selling recruitment and staffing services such as:

- Permanent staffing




- Contract staffing
- RPO / Managed hiring solutions
- Project or volumebased hiring models

Strong track record of business development and client acquisition within India.Ability to engage with mid to seniorlevel stakeholders, understand hiring needs, and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.Experience working with servicebased recruitment organizations is essential.Demonstrated capability in managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure and account growth.

Significant Note:

- While exposure to international recruitment or global accounts can be a plus, this role requires handson experience in selling recruitment and staffing services within the Indian market. Candidates whose experience has been predominantly limited to international recruitment sales without strong Indiafocused staffing exposure may not find this role fully aligned.
