EOD-BOD/Production Support and IT Operations - shall be responsible for the following functions:

- The person is accountable for managing IT Infra uptime and his responsibility is to observe, run, and scale the stack.

- Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process

- Oversee Day to Day IT operations, production and Night operations for EOD BOD.

- Up keeping DC-DR site Infrastructure. Production & Enterprise available 24 x 7

- Incident notification, management, and Tracking to Closure

- Problem solving: Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise, ensuring seamless operations and maximum system uptime.

- Prioritize uptime guarantees: Establish robust mechanisms to mitigate system downtime, minimizing disruptions and delivering reliable services to end-users.

- Optimize performance: Constantly monitor and fine-tune the application to enhance performance,



enabling users to leverage its capabilities to the fullest to deliver on time EOD-BOD completion.

- Embrace automation: Leverage automation tools and technologies to streamline repetitive tasks, reducing manual efforts and boosting productivity.

- Compliance as per BCP / DR policy & procedures

- Manage IT Operations from DR as a Backup strategy

- Team Development - Conduct team building activities

- Organize Training programs - Organize Internal Functional Training & External Training Program
