Role & responsibilities

- Should have a minimum of 15 years of experience at Sr. level in Purchases, Commercial operations, Supply Chains for domestic and imports.
- Should have good negotiation skills.
- Have the required leadership qualities and skills in making a significant contribution towards developing and improving current vendor pricing and performance, identifying current vendors, vendor evaluation and vendor on-boarding procedures, setting technical specs for raw materials and plant and equipment, civil items for construction.
- Should have adequate knowledge of various plant equipment, utilities, spares and packing material

Required to handle the purchasing of raw materials, chemicals, ingredients, packing materials, plant & machinery, stores and spares etc

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. Chem(Mandatory) / B. Tech Chem (Mandatory)/ B.E. Mech / B. Tech Mech from a reputed University with an MBA in purchasing / supply chain.

No other degrees are acceptable
