Role Description The Senior Manager Ecommerce will lead Fitspire’s online sales and growth strategy, overseeing end-to-end ecommerce operations across marketplaces and the company’s own digital platforms. This full time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves managing product listings, optimizing pricing and promotions, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from discovery to post-purchase. The role includes analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and improving conversion rates and customer retention.

Ecommerce will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain,



and customer support teams to align online initiatives with business objectives and brand positioning. This position also requires staying updated on ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep Fitspire competitive in the health and wellness market.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, including experience managing online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms.
- Proven Marketing expertise with a focus on digital campaigns, performance marketing, and brand-building in an online environment.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to optimize ecommerce performance.
- Excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and clear reporting to leadership.
- Prior experience in ecommerce or digital sales leadership roles, preferably within health, wellness, FMCG, or related consumer brands.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, set priorities, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
